1 /5 bella harris: swore by this place until my last appointment. asked for a 1-1.5 inch cut and curtain bangs longer than my jaw. showed 2 reference pics. she gave me uneven layers, VERY short hair over my shoulders and the worst part was the 2 inch difference uneven curtain bangs. one almost touches my eyebrow and has a blunt cut. she said she would cut it long first than adjust but chopped the whole thing. i am devestated and wont ever come back here after that, her name was hanna. nice girl just ruined my hair and my self confidence.
