I was in waiting for a service, and happened to talk to Char at the desk about an issue I was having with a product not dispensing out of the bottle correctly. I tried to get it replaced and resolved on my own, and had no luck with the skincare company. Char immediately looked into it, spoke with the representative for the company, and got me a replacement product right away. She goes above and beyond! Thank you!
