I will definitely pursue finding time to make this a routine since my back has never felt better. She is lovely and I highly recommend! My facial was super relaxing and calming. I’m sure she wanted my business - However, after checking their website, I found a stylist who I felt like specialized in blondes and had work that I wanted exactly. I KINDLY informed Laura of my decision and even mentioned that I would recommend my brunette friend to her. Unfortunately, her response was unprofessional and rude, making me feel unwelcome. I found the interaction eerie and offensive, and I definitely wouldnt feel comfortable going to her salon.
