1 /5 C S: I had Larrys mobile auto repair service tow my vehicle to their location after they suggested it would be the best course of action for an electrical issue with my car alarm. They quoted a price of $75 for the tow and would quote me a price for the work, but the total cost ended up being $845 after two weeks of work and no heads up for the price before the work and tacking on an extra $15 for the tow. Unfortunately, the repair resulted in additional issues, including a burnt electrical board in the passenger side door handle, which was not addressed or apologized for. Furthermore, the power windows on all sides except the passenger side front ceased to function and were all working previous to the work. When I expressed my concerns to Larry over the phone, he and I quote said, "I can undue all the work if you have a problem" but I was not satisfied with the service and the final cost. I would not recommend this business to others due to the unprofessional experience and poor work quality. This was an awful experience and I feel like I was absolutely taken advantage of and will be reaching out to the BBB to report this horrible experience.

5 /5 Michael Beberman: Was referred by a friend who had nothing but positive things to say about Larry and his shop. Phone calls were answered every tandem returned quickly. Was given options and ended up being very reasonably priced and my vehicle was fixed expediently.
