1 /5 Kim Weaver: So unhappy about this place. Been wanting to try the spa and had a perfect opportunity last week to try it with my daughter. Tried to make an appt but the girl had no clue that a regular French tip Mani/Pedi was. Didnt want gel, didnt want acrylics just plain old-fashioned nail polish. Told the girl in the phone that I needed 2 appts but she wasnt understanding what I wanted so I told her Id have my daughter call to schedule. Well, my daughter texted after the call said she wasnt sure but she thought we had 2 appts but she wasnt sure because the girl doing the scheduling was rude to her. I told her that Im at the age that I just dont do rude, I called my usual place, pretty nails, to make sure they had 2 openings, booked with them then called the spa back and cancelled. So sad because Id wanted to try the spa since they opened.
