Mrandmrs Bruno: Update to my experience here at exquisite nails in Sebring fl. This was my 4th time here and it was terrible on the 4th time! The prior times my nails were done great by Carmen and my pedicure, and facial were done well too! However this 4th time I couldn’t schedule with Carmen due to my schedule reasons. So I made online appointment with any tech that could take me at 10am. I show up next morning for app and a told that my nail tech is new and freshly out of nail school. I show my inspo picture to front desk business woman, new nail tech and was told by front desk women that new nail tech was scared since she can’t do certain things from my inspo pic but that another nail tech would jump in and help her on. I should have refused service but I chose to be understanding and went ahead with new nail tech. New nail tech applied acrylic sloppy and messy and uneven on my acrylic overlay on natural nails. I kindly told new nail tech my observation of unevenness, sloppy, missing acrylic parts etc. new nail tech should have refused to do my nails since she was scared and not confident in her work based on my inspo picture. Business women should have not allowed this new nail out of nail school nail tech to perform my nails if not confident in achieving my desired results! Also I was charged as if a skilled nail set did my nails but new nail tech clearly left so many issues with my nails that another skilled nail tech wouldn’t have! All customers want is honesty if nail tech can’t perform the inspiration picture shown beforehand and direct customer to a nail tech that is skilled and confident to achieve desired results of customer! I left at 1:30pm and I arrived for my appointment at 10am… ridiculous! I was given a 5$ discount for long wait but still charged me so much for a new nail tech fresh out of nail school! Not fair priced then! This bad experience I share for the better of the business and for customers to be aware. Will not be a returning customer, since this horrible experience of my 4th time here. 76$ charged but would have been 81$ if I didn’t receive 5$ discount for long wait! By the way this is acrylic overlay on my natural real nails no tips on!!!

She makes sure everything is all okay, and that you are satisfied with her work. She works by appointments only so she can dedicate that time to you, and only you. Leny is so kind, and her salon is unique with positive vibes. Her prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Leny Meaningful Nails! She’s beyond five stars!!

Shady Behavior: I went in today, a Saturday afternoon and they immediately greeted me and took me in. The man in the front did exactly what I asked which was a stiletto shape acrylic gel. He was nice and chatty and did a good job. I don’t get my nails done often but next time I’ll go back to them. I enjoyed it.
