1 /5 Yodaima: Lee health has something in general related to customer service that really should change, we are patients with a diagnosis that should be seen as clients because without us, well there will be no jobs for medical office staff, all the receptionist staff treat us as they were doing us a favor, get an appointment and a regular to good customer service is so difficult all the time I don’t understand.

1 /5 Janelly Gonzalez: My PCP sent the referral over 2 weeks ago. I immediately called this location to schedule and was told it takes up to a week to receive the referral. If I wouldnt have called again today, nobody would of called me, only to be told that they need my results of a PREVIOUS exam to schedule me in. Without my results, they wont schedule me. So, you wont schedule me unless I provide results and then you are going to provide me with the previous results as the new one? No courtesy to call me once the referral was received, no courtesy to advise they needed previous results, no courtesy to inform me of anything. I wouldve continued waiting if I didnt call back. Terrible way of business. I dont trust this place at all. Not even offer me a appointment and bring in my results day of....

1 /5 Heather M: As a new patient, I waited eight months to get an appointment with Dr Figge in the Fort Myers location. I requested that my doctor sent over a referral and the necessary test before I could even make an appointment at their request. I received a call confirming my appointment for the Cape Coral location. I said no I’ve been waiting all this time , like 8 months! to see him in the Fort Myers location. The woman I spoke to was very nice and said she would she would put me on a waiting list. In order to be on a waiting list, I had to schedule another appointment which was another four months away. I receive a call yesterday and was informed by the not so nice woman that I would be taken off the waiting list because they don’t have anything but a referral in my file I said, are you sure because my appointment was already confirmed they didn’t mention that they needed any other test results and ultrasound at that point I just told her to cancel and I’ll move onto a different practice that has better office etiquette and competency

3 /5 Jennifer Cunha: Dr. Sareh is great & office staff is nice, even if it takes 3+ months to get an appointment. However scheduling issues occur. Like calling me to confirm my appointment & then showing up early only to be told my appointment is 1½ later than what I was told.
