1 /5 Flo Mandujano: I dont write reviews but i had to for this experience. I went in after reading reviews which all seemed nice. My appointment was set at 4 pm so i arrived 10 mins before. Once i stepped in my stylist jen had a client in her seat. Jen told me she was a walk in and it would be a quick cut. After 15 mins, jen passes the client over to another stylist. Jen Acknowledges the fact that she knows Ive had a bad experience prior to coming to their location, so she asked to see a picture of what I would like done . I proceed to show her pictures of the color that I would like. Which is an ombre look. She tells me that its a really cute look, so she begins to mix the color. After finishing applying the color and washing it... my hair was nothing to what the picture looked like or what i asked for. I asked jen if she could possibly tone down my hair because it was ginger red from the top, and i had two very light white strips in front. I looked like Corella Deville! After asking jen if
she could tone it down one of the managers in the front. I believe her name was Kim rolled her eyes as if she was upset because it was
now closing time, and she was ready to leave. Now again, i dont write reviews, but i will let the pictures speak for themselves. I included a picture
Of what I wanted and pictures of what I got. The end result was getting a partial refund for the service. The next day! after the manager was rude about it. I drove from ft pierce to this location based on reviews just to walk away with disappointment. I dont recommend this place.
