She treats your hair according to your needs and keeping your hair healthy is her top priority. Shes listens to her clients and gives the best advice for the individual hair type. She uses good products that benefit your hair type. She respects your appointment time and values you as her client. Shes a true professional. I always look forward to my bi-weekly appointments - theyre always a treat!

Her place is very clean, the shows/movies we watch are always entertaining. It’s the best hour and a half of my life, whether I’m getting a blow out or a twist out. She’s very kind and knowledgeable.

1 /5 C R: I wasn’t going to write this review but after two weeks and I looked at my hair I’m still super pissed and it makes me so angry. First I should say I always come here- and she does an amazing job with my hair but this time I regret coming here. My hair was already messed up with a bad dye job being too dark and I decided that I had no choice but to just let it wash out on its own. So I asked Lety to layer my hair. I have gotten layers in the past multiple times from different salons and they always come out amazing. I don’t know what she was doing but I noticed she just kept cutting. I asked her LONG layers and when she was done I freaked out!! I wanted to cry. My hair was completely ruined. Super short in the back and longer in the front which is not layers! Not to mention my hair is now super thin in the back after months of growing it out. It looked similar to a bob cut. I told her I didn’t like it and she could care less because all she cared about was making it out on time for her classes & started getting angry and talking to her husband in Spanish about me. I am so upset and disappointed and all I can do is wait for my hair to grow out because I can’t even fix it. I will never come back here. You really lost a good customer.
