1 /5 Julie Rapacioli: Worst haircut of my life by Mindy. Uneven. Choppy. Im not sure how you misunderstand a bit below shoulder to two inches above shoulder. Its not even long enough to secure in a clip to hide the awful cut, so now I will be miserable and hot in summer. At least they didnt charge me for absolutely butchering my hair. She did keep apologizing realizing she messed up and kept saying my hair was elastic and it dried shorter. Mind boggling. To top it off, it felt like she was ripping hair out of my head with thinning scissors and that has never happened before. Did Mindy just graduate? I confirmed the new stylist had experience when they called to confirm my appointment and they said yes. Will never go back and I am so angry at the incompetence. She also kept saying that she always makes this mistake and cuts too short. What the heck are you doing with a pair of scissors in your hand then? I guess good help must be hard to find. Now I have to go to someone else to fix this absolute disaster.

3 /5 Betsy Lee: They are always super friendly here, but they really struggled with my actual hair cut. A trim and bangs shaping lasted more than 2 hours - i think my stylist wasnt used to cutting thicker hair, and was intimidated by the thought of cutting it directly. I asked for curtain bangs, and ended up with blunt and lopsided bangs that my stylist had to call someone else over to try to fix. I ended up just going to a different salon the next day to get it fixed.

I left the salon so happy and will definitely be back, Mindy is 100% my go to stylist from now on! The salon itself was very clean and multiple people working offered me coffee & water. Such a great atmosphere, I highly recommend going here.

Julia is the stylist I saw and was well worth the 6 week wait for my appointment! From the comprehensive consultation to the fabulous haircut and styling, I can’t say enough. I will definitely be returning (this time booked my appointment in advance), and I highly recommend.
