There was a mix up at my first scheduled appointment about the service they thought I was wanting they thought it was a gray touch up and not blonde so the stylist I was scheduled with was very honest about telling me she didn’t want to do the service because it isn’t her specialty and did not want me to be dissatisfied with my hair. I drove an hour to be there but I did not care because many times people have not been honest about their ability to do my hair and I’ve left very disappointed so I respect the girls honesty! They scheduled me the next day with Caroline and let me tell you, I have never loved my hair more. No one seems to ever be able to get the blend correct or the tone when I go in for on scalp bleach retouch but she absolutely worked magic!!! I was only in the area for a short time or I would be there every month for my touch up. The salon is also beautiful and the service was well worth the money.

They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The results were fantastic—my hair has never looked this good! The cut and color were spot on, and the attention to detail was impressive. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend Carson to anyone looking for top-notch service and a professional touch!
