5 /5 Vivian Velasco: I’ve been a client of Caroline since she did my hair for the first time ever in 2022. She is hands down the best most talented hair artist in the game! I would drive 30 minutes to get my hair done by hair at her past location and now to her new one, Salon Lusso! It is such a welcoming environment to get your hair done in. I personally LOVE the way it’s decorated and how it’s designed. The location is also phenomenal and beautiful. No matter where she’s located I’m going to follow her forever lol! She is so accommodating and genuinely cares for her clients. I am never disappointed she is the only one i trust with my hair! She knows what each of her clients like/look for and never fails to make their hair dreams come true. I love my hair everytime i leave the salon. She is a 1000/10 I can’t stress it enough! She needs to be your new hair artist I’m telling you right now. Cant wait to go in for my touch up!

5 /5 Carly Pozzy: i’ve always had such a love hate relationship with getting my hair done bc i never felt like i was getting what i wanted and wasn’t being understood. i recently got my hair done by gabbi and she absolutely rocked it! i have never felt so confident and happy with the way my hair looked until now! she cut it in a way that was easy to manage with my extra thick hair! and the color was exactly what ive been asking for! she is so sweet and kind and makes you feel like the most important person in the room! and her blowouts are beautiful!!!!! i definitely recommend gabbi for your next hair appointment!!

I came to Caroline after a botched haircut and she was so sweet and patient, explaining every step of the way to me about what she’s doing to my hair and gave me the best haircut of my life! I’ve been going back to her ever since. Becca is also so amazing and sweet and patient and really made me feel comfortable as it was my first time bleaching my hair. We started out slow and after my first appointment with her I knew I would be coming back for more. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!!!

I have been coming to her for over 2 years and she always nails whatever color I am trying to achieve (blonde, red, caramels, etc.) You can tell she really cares about her work and wants you to be happy with your hair. The new salon is so cute and the customer experience is 10/10. Highly recommend!
