5 /5 Sharon Cortez: This was my first time in a Madison Reed facility. I was a little disappointed that they were not a full-service salon. I found out that they are just a color salon so moving forward other than that, I was 100% please with the coloring that I received it came out so beautiful and I am forever. Thankful I also went in with the attention of getting some highlights done, but I was also informed that they are more less timed on what they’re doing so they are not able to perform highlights I ended up having to go to another salon to get my highlights done

5 /5 Linda Poll: My first time here. The staff was amazing. Friendly reception upon arrival. Met with my hair colorist Natasha and she was extremely informative and made insightful recommendations. Needless to say, my hair & color came out beautiful. I am very happy and pleased with my visit and service. I also purchased a few products, looking forward to using them. I will certainly be back and highly recommend. Thank you Natasha!

5 /5 Vivian Schulkin: I loved the color and blow dry but the person who did the styling was not the colorist, but the shampoo person. No one asked me if that was OK . I would have wanted the professional but it worked out. They were both nice people and polite.
