I went to this nail salon yesterday evening, and it was honestly the worst service I’ve ever received. It was late in the day, and I was in a hurry, so I paid the fee and left quickly. I had just returned from a long trip, so I was jet-lagged, exhausted, and sleep-deprived, which meant I didn’t inspect the details closely. But when I got home and saw the result under better lighting, I was shocked.
The person who did my nails was named Crystal. She was very polite and acted as if she knew what she was doing, constantly saying, “I’m trying to do the best for you,” which gave me a sense of trust. So I didn’t initially realize how poor the salon’s quality was. But the result was a complete disaster! My nails were filed crookedly, my cuticles were barely trimmed, the polish was smeared, and in some areas, it was unevenly applied. Crystal’s poor work was incredibly frustrating.
I also doubted the hygiene of the tools used; it didn’t seem like they had been sterilized, which made me feel like my health was at risk. I paid $128 for this mediocre service, expecting a professional job, but the outcome was a total failure. Even my husband was surprised when he saw it, saying, “Are you sure you went to a nail salon? I could have done a better job myself.”
I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone due to the poor workmanship and misleading attitude. Don’t waste your time, money, or risk your health here.
