Carissa, the owner, is by far one of the best haircutters I have ever had as she understands hair texture and knows how to cut any type of hair but especially difficult coarse textures, long hair, and super wavy hair. She understands and performs highly effective layering which maximizes the fullness of the hair and the hair after her cuts seems to lay perfect wash after wash. Moreover, she understands the effects of the salt air and humidity on ones hair and is able to enhance the natural wave of the hair in spite of the elements. Carissa is a must see hair professional. Her entire staff is excellent. Her product line is from Italy and is incredibly gentle and effective for all hair types. The scalp massage which accompanies the hair conditioning is absolutely superb. Phi Eco is a must recommend salon.
