1 /5 Haley D: Impossible to get in touch, and if you make an appointment and want to modify or cancel, you cannot use their website to do so either (the buttons are broken). Have called dozens of times and emailed, have yet to receive a single response back via voicemail or email, and theyre holding onto a $20 deposit even though I canceled an appointment with two weeks notice. Unacceptable.

5 /5 Easter Stanbary Fairley: Being new to the area, I had to find a new hair stylist. This was my first time at the Salon. I selected it because it was close to my home. I could book and appointment online with ease. I was so happy with Sara. She was very professional and really concerned that my hair was done to my satisfaction. The salon is very clean and all the stylists are very friendly. I felt so comfortable and as if I was a long-time client and that these women were my friends. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I definitely would.
