1 /5 Kierra Casimir: If you are African American with natural hair this is NOT the place for you. I came here for a deep condition, trim and blowout. Rosa was the stylist that did my hair. She was a nice lady but had no idea what she was doing. She was very rough while washing my hair and did not know how to detangle it. Since it was not properly detangled it was difficult to blow it out. Multiple times she burned me on accident while doing my hair. I told the receptionist about my experience and informed her I would never come back. Before the appointment I asked if they know how to do natural hair and was told yes they can. It is a disservice to say you can do natural hair when it is far from the truth. I advised the receptionist to not allow Rosa to do anyone else with natural hair because it is evident she cannot properly do it and does harm to the customer. My experience and others with natural hair who left a review about Rosa, shows she should not be doing African American natural hair. Allow it to be a warning before booking. When I got home I noticed my hair was not trimmed properly and my hair suffered severe heat damage. I now have to cut my hair. I cried so much. Please do not go here. If you decide to book an appointment and you are African American with natural hair, do not allow Rosa to do your hair. She is a sweet woman but she doesn’t know how to do our hair. I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to so no one else makes the same mistake as I did.
