4 /5 Carrie Snyder: I like everything except the online services are not consistent in my chart. I can see my regular doctors appointments but cannot access anything regarding physical therapy to see when appointments are or to message providers. If everyone is operating under Cleveland Clinic it would be so much more convenient to have that type of access across the board. I have several upcoming appointments and can only see my regular doctor appointments.

1 /5 Erin Powers: I am so upset! My mother, who is elderly and has health problems, was in the hospital last month. She has been trying to follow up with her doctor - which is usually procedure - to no avail. They will not see her until SEPTEMBER. I will have quite a lawsuit should something happen to her! They offered a "virtual" visit as the Doctor is sick. I know there are other health professionals in the office, why can she not see one of them? I would think being in the hospital would warrant an in house visit to check vitals, review labs, etc. It used to be, when one went into the hospital, the doctor would immediately follow up with the patient. My daughters pediatrician still does. Small blessings. This really is unheard of and something needs to change. Our quality of life is being affected and it is utterly disgusting.

5 /5 Kate B: I do Pelvic Floor Therapy! I recommend Erin Dinsmore. She takes her time and figured out what’s best for you! I originally went to the one on hillmore but moved locations cause it’s closer to my job and thank god she was over here! 10/10 no complaints.

Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital - Port St. Lucie CJ Poveromo: Delivered our first born here and all the staff and mid wives were amazing, our nurse Tori was an angel and delivered our baby before her shift ended and was such a kind soul, really went over the top to help us it felt like! Thank you everyone truly who works there! The after birth check ups are also a god send filled with joyous people like Chloe that love doing their jobs and spreading kindness!

Dr. Frank C Alario, MD, PL - Stuart Tom Cahill: Best Doctor and staff I have been to here! I see Dr. Gambino and ARNP Sarah Hartford. Both are amazing and have great bedside manner. Ive never felt rushed or had to wait long to be seen. They have helped me greatly over the last 5 years!! Nurses are excellent at drawing blood and I am grateful for their care!

Cleveland Clinic Health and Wellness Center, Palm City Express Care - Palm City Jay.: Less than one star! And they know it and still dont care, This location is ripe for closing Cleveland Clinic. I wouldnt take my lawyers pet snake there, let alone an actual person. Im an established patient. Everything is up to date in my chart, I always complete pre- registration. I walked in ten minutes late. There was one patient who passed out in the waiting room. Otherwise, no one else was there. I gave the receptionist my name, who said because I was late, I needed to use express care down the hall, no problem ten minutes shouldnt make or break anyone. However, when I got to express care, they were already at lunch from 1130 to 1 pm, which is what the person explained to me who answered the door. Pathetic....

VITAS Healthcare - Stuart Daniel: My grandfather had cancer and was under vita’s care. They labeled him imminent for around the clock care and then failed to show up when he needed them the most. DO NOT USE VITAS FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!!!! Go with hospice they are more reliable. I hope no one else experiences the pain and suffering me and my grandfather suffered due to vita’s negligence.

Helix Urgent Care - Stuart / Indiantown / Palm City - Stuart Castille Gauthier: I had an exceptional experience at Helix Urgent Care! The provider Stephen, Glenn, and Ashley truly took care of me. Always an amazing staff there! I was in and out within just five minutes, and the staff was nothing but professional and courteous. Everyone was attentive, and the environment was clean and welcoming. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about their patients and maintains a high standard of service. I truly appreciate their efficiency and positive attitude.

A.: My 90-year-old Mom recently underwent an emergency procedure at Cleveland Clinic North, following a life-saving discovery by the ER team at Cleveland Clinic Tradition in St. Lucie County. After her procedure, she was transferred to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Stuart, and the care she received was nothing short of exceptional. The nurses, doctors, PT + OT, administration, and support staff went above and beyond to ensure my mom was comfortable, received the best care, and regained her independence. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication were evident every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for the entire team at Encompass Health for playing such a vital role in her recovery. Highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of rehabilitation services!

Mary Peters - Stuart Brooklyn Sheptak: Completely unprofessional. I went to Mary Peters to obtain my medical paperwork for a green card. First she ordered my blood work and kept forgetting to check immunizations so I had to keep going back. This was frustrating because it caused the process to take much longer then it should have. Next she gave me a different clients passport and immunizations, personal information, I asked if she wanted it return back to her and she said "no just email it to me". She put this other womens information on my medical paperwork for the government documents. I realized it and told her. She wouldnt give me a new envelope or properly re-do the paperwork. The envelope had been opened by her to change the paperwork. She refused re package it properly so and its supposed to be a sealed envelope. I had an appointment with USCIS and they told me the hold up in my case was the medical paperwork and the USCIS worker said "the paperwork looks really bad" and she told me I would have to resubmit. Do not use Mary Peters, she doesnt care about her clients only getting paid, youll end up having to re-pay for the medical paperwork.
