A&E Dental - Dentist in Floral Park - Floral Park Tom Grady: Dr. Avi and all the staff are fantastic! He takes the time to explain the procedure and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. He even called the following day to check up on me. I’ve never had a dentist do that before. The office staff is top notch, polite, and easy to get in contact with. I’ve had to bring my 4 year old son a couple of times and everyone was so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this office!
Junction Dental Care - Corona Leonella Camacho Mora: I had the opportunity to visit this dental office twice, both with my husband and my daughter Cecilia. However, today my experience was very negative. First, I was told that children are not allowed, although I was never informed of this before, and I didn’t see any sign during my previous visits. Additionally, I was told I made a mistake when writing the names on the registration form, but no one explained that I needed to flip the page. I believe it’s the receptionist’s responsibility to ensure the form is completed correctly and to provide clear instructions. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I had to leave because I wasn’t allowed to stay with my daughter, which was very frustrating. To top it off, I was informed that I had to pay a cancellation fee, which wasn’t fair since the situation wasn’t made clear from the start. Because of all of this, I’ve decided not to return to this office.
