1 /5 Becky B: Only one star because I couldnt put a negative one. I went here to get an estimate on my car for minor damage due to an accident so I could submit it to the insurance company and was told because they were getting ready to close it would be ready the following day. I was fine with that, no problem. The next day I called around 4:30 when I got off to check on the estimate and was told it was ready and would be sent to me before they left for the day.... never received anything!! The following day I called and got no answer so I texted and still no reply. This went on for the next couple of days. They wont answer or responded to messages. This is not how you do business! I went to another collision center in Dade City and got the estimate same day even though they were getting ready to close as well they took the time to stay late and complete the estimate for me. I would never recommend this place! I tried to support a small local business and wont do it again!
