Mischa, the hygienist, was equally impressive - gentle, professional, and made the cleaning process seamless. What sets Dr. Nelson apart from other dentists Ive seen is his commitment to truly understanding each patients oral health and providing personalized attention. Amazing staf. Highly recommend!

3 /5 Manuel Ulises Agramonte: Unfortunately, the staff need improve on how to treat the people. There is a special person over there. That is a medical assistant, and her name is Cary. Very rude, and she treat people like Animal. I’m giving a three because the Doctor is super good and friendly and professional, but he needs to improve his staff. Also, his labs people are doing a horrible job. It takes too long. It took me like three months to get a bridge done, and I went to another place and I did a bridge in two weeks. So this I’m doing just so he can actually improve his Team because he the Doctor is fantastic. If you hear the name, Cary Runaway.

I want to give a special mention to Masiel, who performed my cleaning with great care and precision. She was very thorough, explained each step of the process, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for top-quality dental care!

Today 1/9/2024 was my first visit the girls in the front were really nice and helpful from the beginning with paper work work up until the end with payment. Then jewels took my X-rays and she was very nice as well, Angie my hygienist took her time and really explained everything as far as after care and what she was doing with lots of details. She recommended so many things for me to do differently. Dr. Nelson I saw him quickly but he was very thorough and explained everything well. They came up with a treatment plan for me on the spot. Everyone answered my questions and were very helpful. I waited just about 30 min to get called in but only because it was my first visit. It is a little pricey but worth it because I felt like I was with people I could trust. Fast, clean, safe, and nice facility / experience. I made my next appt for Jan 30. Definitely recommend!!
