I WENT IN AS A FIRST TIME CLIENT. Asked for touch up of my current balayage and came out looking like an 80s hair band singer vs a cheetah. My top hair was dyed BLACK, which bled into my highlighted hair turning it ORANGE! The bottom of my hair was also dyed BLACK!?! I was told she was going to darken it up a little to make it "blend" better. I mean, the salon was very dark, I had no idea what the color actually looked like until I got into my car. ALL MY HAIR STYLISTS KNOW YOU DONT DARKEN A BALAYAGE!!! I got home and my husband was shocked. He said I should go back. I was trying to give the stylist the benefit of the doubt so 2 hrs later, I text the stylist asking for advise since it was quite a bit darker than I was expecting. She said to wait and the color would fade... I wore my hair in a bun for 2 weeks I was so embarrassed walking around looking like a German shepherd! I messaged her again which she offered to try and fix but couldnt get me in for another 3 weeks!!?? What? I then contacted the owner. ANGELA. No help. Basically, did not offer help, nor a refund and stated that she "just rents the booths out" and "contact the stylist". WOW. As an owner?? Your reputation is worth this? OKAY. I went elsewhere, $200 LATER and 4 hours of stripping dye out of my hair it looked descent. I contacted THE OWNER asking for a refund since I paid so much to correct her stylist mistake and she said "Im on vacation for the next 2 weeks so ask the stylist for a refund" AM I IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE??? APPARENTLY ANGELA COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CLIENTS BEING PLEASED OR THE REPUTATION OF HER SHOP. PLEASE BEWARE. SAVE YOUR HAIR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! These people know nothing about business, nothing about owning mistakes and nothing about accountability.
