Gave it a shot because of how good the reviews are… walked in with a photo and an idea and walked out crying my eyes out. I know hair grows back but it’s nothing like the photo I brought it. Don’t think I’ll be getting my hair cut again for another few years.

I was told my stylist could achieve something that she wasn’t able to. She then tried to fix it and couldn’t. The manager then told me to go to another salon if I wasn’t happy. My extensions and my hair were 2 different colors. Honestly the worst experience and no respect for their customer. Very very catty.
