5 /5 Erin Lee: This was really neat, plenty to do for a long day but we arrived late in the day and were still able to enjoy it for a shorter time. It’s a beautiful walk and well maintained exhibits with a friendly staff.

5 /5 David Snethen: This is an excellent place to stop in Tallahassee. It has enough to do to spend the whole day, but its also small enough to spend just an hour or two and feel like you learned something with your time. Definitely a place to bring the whole family! The young lady in the Spanish house was especially personable and fun to talk to. Unfortunately, we did not have much time as we were driving through. But as retired military, they let my daughter and I in for free. I hope to learn much more about Floridas history in places like these.

5 /5 Khan Azhar (Azhar Khan Photography): I had the most wonderful time photographing a wedding here. Firstly, there are rooms on the second floor that make it really easy to go from getting ready to the outside for ceremony. There are lots of trees and the landscaping is very well maintained so that there are tons of possibilities for couples shot and family shots. Inside in the reception area the lighting is nice and moody but we can get some really good shots with off camera flashes as the ceiling provides a good way to bounce the flash. Overall, this a great place for a wedding! I highly recommend it.

5 /5 Don Bracci: Great place to visit, and it was very educational. The volunteers were all very knowledgeable about the history of Mission San Luis. The palm thatch roof of the Council House had been removed for routine maintenance.

5 /5 Beth: We loved learning about the history of our home state. The staff was friendly and helpful. We attended on homeschoolers day and enjoyed an educational "mystery" where the children searched for clues. The setting is lovely too, Spanish moss sways from the old Oaks. We enjoyed the whole experience very much.
