5 /5 Christine Baksh: I wanted to take some time to tell everyone about Alexa. She is highly skilled and will make sure that your hair looks amazing, and exactly how YOU want it. I was wanting to go from a dark blonde to almost full platinum. She was very transparent about how we could get it there in one session, or do it over a couple sessions to maintain the integrity and health of my hair. She went over pricing with me up front to make sure she was meeting my goals within my budget. Once we started drying it, I noticed it wasnt as light as the pictures I showed her, which I was fine with since I knew it this would be a process. It was still a light, very beautiful color (I even had her write down the formula she used for another time), but she said something about it immediately. She reassured me it would be no problem for her to tone and wash it again to get it exactly the way it looked in my inspo pics. With all the foils I needed, my girl put in work that day, but it came out perfect. My hair has never looked this good. :) She is literally one of the sweetest human beings on the planet. Easy to talk to, is always in a bubbly mood, and makes it a relaxing and fun experience. You can tell she is very passionate about her work, and truly cares about her clients and their happiness. She has also installed extensions on me a few times and is always extremely gentle. I never feel sore during or afterwards. They have amazing extensions at Monaco. They never itch! The salon has a wonderful selection of Paul Mitchell and Kerastase products. All the staff at Monaco Ive spoken to have been so kind and professional. You can tell they are like family and very supportive of one another. The vibes there are so good. I cannot recommend Monaco Hair Salon enough!

Krista is incredibly knowledgeable and precise in her teaching. She customized the training to fit my needs perfectly, ensuring I learned as much as possible. As an experienced hairstylist who has worked with extensions before, I wasn’t starting from scratch—I was looking to elevate my craft to the next level. Krista met me exactly where I was in my journey and provided the advanced knowledge and techniques I was seeking. The training included hands-on experience, theory, and provided models, making the entire process seamless and effective. Since completing the program, my extension clientele has grown significantly, and I’m more motivated than ever to take my extensions business in Atlanta, Georgia to new heights. I highly recommend Krista’s shadowing program to any stylist looking to refine their skills and expand their extensions business.

5 /5 Alexis Santiago: Had my first visit yesterday (12/14) and everything from the environment to the service was amazing!!! My stylist, Miranda, made sure I was confident in my decision, educated me on the important parts of the service I was getting and was extremely personable. I left the salon feeling 10x better than when I walked in, with healthy beautiful new hair. I will 100% be back and I recommend this salon and most importantly Miranda! Thanks Monaco :)

5 /5 Tabitha Martinez: Kaysie Soto & Laura Foulkes at Monaco Salon off Bay to Bay in Tampa, Florida are by far the best hair wizards in the hair industry. To start, I have extremely thin hair and it breaks the minute I comb it or pull it back in a ponytail. The saying, “you always want what you don’t have,” has been my reality when it came to my hair. I have always been self conscious about my hair appearance especially in social media. All of my family pics consists of me wearing hats or my hair up in a ponytail. I have always felt invisible for most of my adult life until I finally decided to invest in me. I have always been a huge skeptic of hair extensions especially after 20 + years of horrific salon nightmares and people saying my hair was too thin so I never thought it was even an option.In late 2023, I started doing lots of research and visited with Monaco Salon. After two consults i did it, I made the decision to get hair extensions in December of 2023. Fast forward, that was by far the best decision I made, outside of my husband and kids. Kaysie and Laura observed and listened to me, they asked so many questions and most importantly they understood me! 18 months have passed and I can happily say I love me again, I am 51 years old and I’m finally living. My family, friends and colleagues have seen such a positive difference in me and my confidence. Kaysie and Laura thank you for making me love me again. You will never know how much I appreciate you both.
