From the moment we walked through the doors of Moore Haven Church of God, we were embraced with warmth and genuine love. It wasn’t just a welcome—it was a feeling of belonging, of home. The connection with the members was instant, as if we had been going there for years. Their kindness, sincerity, and love radiated so strongly that you could feel the Lord using them as vessels to spread truth, love, and light. Every moment, from the fellowship to the shared meal, was filled with joy and the undeniable presence of God.
The raffle was a fun and unexpected blessing—I was so touched to win a beautiful bear! But what stood out even more was the young boy who lovingly took the time to draw pictures for everyone in the congregation. He even handed one to Ma Dee and me, a simple yet profound act of kindness that reflected the true heart of this church.
The Lord used Brother Corey in a mighty way to deliver such a powerful message, one that nearly brought me to my knees. His words carried deep truth and conviction, shaking my spirit in the best way possible. As a woman of faith, I know how important it is to be spiritually fed always—but on a Sunday? I see no better way to start the week than being in a church where God’s presence is alive and moving.
And the music that was shared—wow. You could feel the Spirit working through every note, filling the room with His glory. It wasn’t just singing; it was worship in its purest form. Every voice, every instrument, every sound lifted up was a testimony of God’s love. Just as the Bible says:
"Sing to the Lord, for he has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world." – Isaiah 12:5 (NIV)
What makes this church so special is that when they gather, it is about one thing only—our Lord. No popularity contests, no focus on titles—just pure faith, love, and deep respect for one another and absolutely anyone who walks through the church’s threshold. This building is more than a place of worship; it is covered in the blood of the Holy Spirit, a sacred space where God’s love is alive, transforming hearts and lives.
May the Lord continue to pour His blessings upon this church, covering it with His protection, wisdom, and grace. May every person who walks through these doors feel His presence, find healing, and be strengthened in their faith. And may this church always be a beacon of His truth, love, and light.
