5 /5 Dave Cameron: We went at a slow time - and didnt have a guided tour. We did have a 25-minute movie on the history of Fort Myers Beach from the Calusa years to about the late 1990s - with great interviews from elderly (in the 1990s) residents whod lived there their entire life. The house has many exhibits showing life before the Europeans took over - with explanations and artifacts. The grounds have signs about the area, the vegetation, and the history of the house. All-in-all between the movie, the house, and the grounds - we spent about 90 minutes here. Theres a small gift shop. And... good views across the water.
