4 /5 Lauri B: 3/27/2025: Cute displays of old time businesses in Pensacola (or everyday America years ago). This was part of the ticket we purchased at the museum of history. They only have a few displays, but it was worth the time. Took us about 20 minutes to view.

4 /5 Nick Unthank: Florida has a habit of grouping smaller museums together in little complexes full of vintage items packed into historical buildings for a reasonable price and this one is no different. Its tough to measure these museums on their own since if youre visiting one its likely youre visiting all of them in the area. This museum focuses on industry and has a stem lab in it with tons of 3d printing equipment.

Fort Pickens - Pensacola Beach

Darius Vlad: You have to pay a entrance fee to get inside. But after you get in you have beautiful beaches and sand dunes up until you reach the fort. There will be a self guided tour, you can walk almost everywhere you want had have amazing sights and tunnels to explore (be aware that mose are dead ends and youll need to follow your steps back) but nonetheless the historical place is amazing to visit.

Chris Hall: My family and I had the pleasure of visiting the Chappie James museum. It may be one of the best done and most educational museums I have been to. Despite its small size, the knowledge imparted by the guide was amazing and the hospitality displayed by the entire staff was second to none. I highly recommend visiting this museum if you live in or are visiting Pensacola.

Victoria Haynie: It is a replica so dont expect it to be huge. Parking is on the street and you walk up steps to get to the cannons. It was small but neat

Equally powerful is the Gold Star Families Memorial, a solemn space that honors the families of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Sunrise is an especially beautiful time to visit—quiet, reflective, and full of meaning as the light hits the memorials. A must-visit spot in Pensacola for anyone who wants to take a moment to appreciate the sacrifices made for our country.

Pensacola Beach Boardwalk - Pensacola Beach

Shenell Mack: Lovely boardwalk that gives you the opportunity to see a variety of ocean life. We didn’t see dolphins, but schools of fish, a barracuda, and a couple of sea turtles swam by this visit. It’s a nice thing to do to enjoy beautiful weather and sightseeing.

Pensacola Bay City Ferry - Pensacola

Renae Tindale: We were waiting for some family members to join us in Pensacola, so we took the ferry ride to kill some time. It was very nice and relaxing. We were able to see dolphins. At the beach stop, we saw several places that we wanted to visit. We will do the ride again and get off next time.

Plaza Ferdinand VII - Pensacola

Falon Smith: Absolutely Beautiful except all the technological stuff surrounding historical monuments Thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars. From electronic rental bikes to car meters that take debit cards and some take change but if you dont have change then youre kind of screwed. Not everyone keeps there card on them all the time. But the meter reader lady is very nice and her hospitality deserves five stars.

Hawkshaw Lagoon Memorial Park - Pensacola

H Cap: It’s a small and quiet place to watch the sunset. We stopped by quickly to take pictures. We used it as our starting point on our walk to Palafox Pier and back. Walking path on this side of the memorial goes all the way to the pier. The other side of the road doesn’t have it, just fyi.
