2 /5 DiDi W.: Came to visit family, I needed nails and 3 other family members wanted pedicures. We were all seated and the nail tech started arguing with me that I needed to have a pedicure with my family. Would not take no for an answer. My sister in law finally convinced her that I only wanted nails. $65 later, after I specifically showed her my very slanted nails, they’re almost all slanted, and my thumbnail has a very interesting swoop. Terrible customer service, they constantly tried to sell other services by saying “you need lip wax”. Insulting. Would not recommend.

5 /5 Sherri Stewart: Prices are very Good. I have been going there a lot now and I am still getting great service every time I go! Louis is very good at what he does. Louis is very fast and thats one of the reasons that I go back to him! Plus they are open every day including weekends, both days on the weekend to. Today was the first time that I have been there on a Sunday morning and its still GREAT! I have been going there for over a year now and I still get the same service as I did the first time I went to Louis... prices are still GREAT!! I enjoy getting my nails done there and I think that anyone should get their nails done there! Kelly does a Great job when Louis is not available. When I have a problem with my nails, Louis always fixes them, just like when I had my knee surgery and 6 nails had popped off, well, the product had lifted up on those 6 and he fixed them for me and the price was not that bad either.

5 /5 Cass: Nice a peaceful salon. Very nice service. They did both my manicure and pedicure at the same time. I wish I got the gentleman’s name who did my feet. He did an exceptional job, he took his time and was very detailed oriented.

1 /5 Chris Cagle: First time to visit and can’t say I will be back. The most uncomfortable, stressful $140 I’ve ever spent in a nail salon and my nails look like crap. The staff was loudly arguing with each other over who was supposed to do my nails. I would have rather them just not do them if it was going to be an issue. The lady who ended up doing them was not happy and you could really tell in the quality of her work. Edit to add, already chipped after a week, I can normally go at least 3 weeks with dip

5 /5 Lindsey N: I have had Ms. Mia do my nails both times I have been, and she has done flawless work! I will continue to see her every time I can! The green set was taken from Pinterest and I failed to take a picture, but I swear it looked exactly the same! She’s magic ✨Also, Ms. Ruby gives the best most relaxing pedicures. She worked meticulously and methodically to get my ingrown toenail fixed and all my toes looking and feeling great! Mr. Louis painted my western theme and I loved those too!

M Spa & Nail - Pensacola Avein Thompson: This was my first time here and it will NOT be the last. Wendy was a joy to be around!! Her bubbly personality alone was 5 stars!! Several customers came in while I was there and she knew them by name. Her work was just as wonderful as the experience in her salon. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had! The Deluxe Spa Pedicure was AMAZING and she did a beautiful job on my nails! I will definitely be back! M Spa & Nail has a new customer for sure.

Nails Station(10% off all services) - Pensacola Daesha Henry: I am obsessed with everyone who works there. I called for an appointment day of and they got me in within the hour. The guy who did my nails was so nice and accommodating. He consistently asked if I wanted to change anything and was always willing to do what I wanted. The girl at the front desk helped me pick my color and was so sweet. Everyone offered me a drink or asked if I needed anything. And I LOVE my nails. I’m usually super particular and I love love love them. Will be going back!

Polished Nail Bar (Pensacola) - Pensacola Leila Tatum: I love this place! The layout is well done. It has an upscale feel to the place. The staff are all very friendly. The place is super clean. They’ve taken a lot of sensible measures due to the pandemic. My favorite tech is Len. She is conscientious and detailed when doing my pedicures and she does an amazing job on my eyebrows! I can’t say enough positive things about this place.

I appreciate her meticulous approach and how detail oriented she is. Natalia has also started doing my 16 year old daughter’s nails and she is super happy with her nails as well! They last well over a month and look just as good as the day she did them. Natalia is professional, her space is clean and organized and she is about her business (which I can appreciate). She takes her craft seriously and it shows in her work. Thanks Natalia for another lovely set of nails!
