1 /5 Tyra: I keep trying different nail salons to find which would be a perfect fit for me. But I’m disappointed time after time. I came to this salon which is nice. But the service that I received is not up to par. I wanted an “air brush/aura”look for my nails. To my surprise the nail tech was not able to do it after being told that she could. I sat there as she attempted the style. Once she did one nail & realized that she couldn’t do the style. I was forced to keep the base of the aura nail style which was black. She told me that it would be $15x2=$30.00 for the removal & the new polish. Meanwhile she swayed me to ultimately keep the black, then showed me her phone with Pinterest to find a style. I chose an abstract line style over the black.
I did not mind her watching her show on her show phone while she did my nails.
But I could feel that she didn’t really want to do my nails. I am so beyond disappointed & dissatisfied that only two days after getting my nails done the black gel nail polish is peeling off.
Please keep in mind I paid $141+ $6 Tip.
$80 for my nails to be cut & Filled for a short set.
$60 for my pedicure even though, I was shown & told that it would be $45.
I returned to the nail salon, I waited over an hour & 30 mins after showing & explaining to them that the nail polish was peeling. Every person who was here after me had been seated & taken care of.
Its a high possibility that the reviews on here are fake, because I overheard them telling one of their regulars to leave them a good review.
I wont be coming here again.
