During my pedicure, the technician cut one of my nails in half vertically. To my disbelief, he continued working as if I wouldn’t notice the damage. His lack of acknowledgment or concern stunned me that I had to leave mid-service.
This experience has completely shattered my trust in the salon’s quality and professionalism. Nail Zone used to be my go-to place, but after this incident, I can’t recommend it to anyone.
