3 /5 Emily Valhuerdi: My first visit here back in October was wonderful. Luna did a fantastic job! She took her time and was patient with my daughter (as it was her first time getting fake nails). I believe Scott (possible co-owner, but not positive) did my nails and he was wonderful as well and they both deserve 5 stars. They are the reason I’m not giving the owner the one star review that she deserves.
I came back today with my daughter, my mom and sister-in-law because of the first positive experience, but unfortunately left feeling very disappointed. The manager/possible owner does NOT listen and imposes her opinion and does what she wants regardless of what you are asking! I will not go into all the details, but she needs to learn to LISTEN to what the customer is asking and do what is requested instead of saying that won’t look good and doing as SHE wants. She did this with both my daughter and myself. She rushed through my nails. She was working on a design for my daughter and then she sat me down about 15 minutes after my mom and sister-in-law yet somehow she managed to rush my gel manicure and I was done before them (they got the same thing) I asked her not to cut my nails that short and she said she needed to make them even, I repeated I didn’t want them short and asked her just to file and she continued to clip them with the nail clipper and then filed the crap out of them anyways, making them even shorter. She was also grabbing my feet roughly and placing it where she wanted it more than once. I want to be understanding that it’s New Years Eve and they were very busy, but I am a paying customer and there’s no excuse for this type of treatment. After this experience, I don’t think we’ll be back.
