  • Freedom Park - Naples klosky04: The park was very nice with nice well kept trails. The trails ranged from concrete, dirt, and boardwalk. There were plenty of observation decks looking out over the marshes. Fishing is allowed at the park. Saw plenty of Florida birds, snakes, and fish. The only downfall is there are no garbage cans throughout the park so there was quite a bit of trash along the trails and in the marshes.
Naples Historical Society - Naples Kate R: The tour of Palm Cottage is one everyone visiting or living in Naples should take. I am sorry I did not know of it years ago as Ive been coming here a long time. Just fascinating. But what made the tour so interesting was the docent Julianne. Her delivery and knowledge was extraordinary and made the tour just delightful. Put on your list. Its a must do.
Naples Beach - Naples Olvr: Naples Beach is a true treasure located on the Gulf Coast, and my experience there was absolutely fantastic. As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the natural beauty of this place. The sand, dazzling white and remarkably soft, stretches as far as the eye can see, providing a perfect backdrop for a sunny day. The impressively clear turquoise waters invite swimming and snorkeling. It was a pleasure to cool off in these crystal clear waters, while admiring the picturesque landscape. The vibe at Naples Beach is incredibly calming. The leisurely pace of the beach, far from the hustle and bustle of more crowded tourist destinations, allows you to relax and fully enjoy every moment. The walks along the shore were truly enchanting, especially with the spectacular sunset views.
Cambier Park - Naples Oniel90: If you’re looking for a fun and safe place for kids, this park is amazing! It has clean playgrounds, lots of space to run around, and plenty of shade for parents to relax. Highly recommended for a family day out!
Collier Museum at Government Center - Naples Kimberly Anne: The staff is super welcoming and full of great information. The collections are spread out across small houses on the property, which makes it feel like you’re walking through someone’s private estate from another time. There’s such a cool variety of things to see—from a steam engine and boat to a tractor, military tank, art studios, and forts. It’s perfect for kids, with plenty to keep them entertained, plus they host fun interactive events for children in one of the houses each month. I really loved the collection that dives into Naples history with old magazines and photography—it felt like stepping back in time.
The Naples Preserve - Naples Lee Simpson: This trail’s a sweet little find, perfect if you’re not up for a long hike. It’s super clean, wheelchair-friendly, and full of shady spots to relax, with picnic tables and cozy sitting areas along the way. Best part? It’s totally free, and there’s even a fun board to jot down how many turtles you spotted!
The Point Beach - Naples Deborah Sutton: Via Miromar is a beautiful beach here in Naples
Naples Beach Wharf - Naples Valerie D: Close parking but a bit pricy- be aware you can add more time at the lot on your phone but of course there is a surcharge. Beautiful beach even thought the hurricane closed the pier and some public entrances. 3.00 per hour close parking and rest rooms It’s nice that there are not residence boat docks on this beach, so it’s wide-open. No private property signs on the beach itself like so many others.
Banyan tree - Naples Mary Smith: This Banyan fig Tree is Awesome !! It was a good size , the pictures make it look bigger but Its ariel roots are pretty cool. It was worth the trip and We watched the sunset at Naples pier on the same street .
Sun-N-Fun Lagoon - Naples TF Farrow: I was at the park and stopped here to checkout when they will be opening.. it said on the sign in the front that opening will be this 2024 summer, I hope thats the case as it looks like a great way to have fun and keep cool with the family. Prices listed seem a bit high for what is there but would be worth the price if clean and safe.
