Very rude. They hang up the phone if you ask them about prices for services. Called back, second person hung up saying they dont give rates over the phone! CA Nails & Spa Fernandina Beach - Fernandina Beach Kathryn Carper: This was my first time visiting this salon, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in. Even as a walk-in, they did an amazing job on my nails—quick, professional, and no wait at all. My nails look so good, and the whole process didn’t take long at all. I’ll definitely be back! Ocean Club Nails. - Fernandina Beach Valerie Day: Fendi showed me compassion, kindness and was even sweet to me. She helped me when I needed guidance and a new start. She treated me like family!!! Q Nails - Fernandina Beach diana s: Ken and his wife are amazing! They have a vast amount of experience and it truly shows in the quality of his work. Their services are personable and professional. This is my new go to spot. I haven’t found quality like this since Japan! Ken values quality and takes pride in his work and it shows. Get in with them now before the rest of St. Johns catches on. The people are friendly and helpful. The person who did my pedicure and massages was meticulous, personable, and I am happy with the results! If only I had gotten her name! I’m a bit particular when it comes to my nails and it’s been so hard to find a really good nail tech who actually listens to customers without any complaints. Ben is Amazing!!! He took the time to do my manicure and pedicure. He did not rush at all, and he went beyond with how I wanted my nails done and he’s really nice and professional. I am definitely going back to see Ben again and recommend Ben to have your mani/ pedi! thank you so much Ben! By far the best nails Ive ever had, my sister and I both absolutely love our work at Lys Nails I loved that the technician took her time to really prep the nails before doing the gel polish application. Natural Nails and Massage by Leah LLC - Fernandina Beach Hercules Mays: I must admit that self-care is something that I lack to make a priority in my life. I appreciate Leah for her services and will continue to make my monthly appointments. She is very professional and made me feel at ease during. I will definitely book again and my family too!!! Blush Nail Spa - Yulee Carl Behlen: I scheduled an appointment for my wife for 1/7/2025 to get a pedicure done. I opted to give her their best package, however what she ended up getting looked like something I could’ve done myself. The owner was late so the shop couldn’t open on time, causing the appointment to run late. The technician was aggressively massaging to the point that she had to ask her to stop 3 times. Then after applying the selected nail polish very poorly, the technician never even applied a clear coat. She just got up, walked away and never came back. She was instructed to pay with someone else, so she paid and then left. The entire experience was miserable and this place shouldn’t be operating. $45 is a lot of money to spend on the poor quality work and treatment she received.
