1 /5 Linda K. Reed: I do want to thank the volunteers yesterday at the Dream Center, for their help with the Food Pantry, on Saturday, 10/9/21. But, unfortunately, was not pleased with the items received. All items were past their expiration date, I then had to lug all these heavy boxes right into the trash. Also, please dont advertise salad kits, because it was a box of cabbage, potatoes and rotten squash/cucumbers and sweet potatoes. I dont make salad with cabbage or potatoes, but use lettuce. There was bread, but no pastries. In essence, everything I got went into the trash. : ( Sorry, but I had to express my dissatisfaction. Thank you!

I had gone there on a Saturday afternoon before the service to talk to the pastor about an issue with the group that I was in at the church. I found her to be compassionate leader of the less fortunate and assured me that my problem wasn’t a problem at all ! I said I would like to attend the service but had plans on this day, I returned the following week and I was touched spiritually a feeling that I have experienced in fleeting moments something happened I was emotional and tears of joy and gratitude filled my soul ! I left there with a purpose and a feeling that I knew I was not doing enough to give back the beautiful gifts that were given to me so freely ! God now guides me to places that I never had any interest in! Not knowing my purpose till I get there and find pretty amazing !
