2 /5 Jenn Cee: I never had an issue when I get my nails done here but TODAY, I received the worse experience ever and I’m not returning. And I’ve been to this nail salon since 2021. First I’m going to say my pedicure was exactly what I wanted. Tommy did a wonderful job on my feet but let’s get to rough hand Beina. I asked for simple short French tip nails. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I don’t care especially when she was handling my hands roughly and then gets upset if I say something about the nails. I got the length but let’s talk about how thin she made them. As you can see how thin they are and poorly painted. She ALREADY had a bad attitude so in my head I was thinking to just pay for my nails this time and next time ask for a different nail tech. She twisting my thumb, grabbing my hand as if I’m not close enough to the table, she filed the side down on finger it burned. Never told me to wash my hands; literally nail glue was left on my finger tips when she was done. Also when she was finished she asked me if I liked them and I told her no but I will just deal with them. That’s when Beina starts to argue with as if I offended her. I pointed out the paint on the nails. My French are anorexic. She said it was my fault but she’s throwing my hand however she wants and needs with her bad attitude. How are you mad at me for my opinion on a poor service you knew you provided? Beina can’t bully nobody when BV is already in bullying her. I didn’t like my nail service at all and if I wanted my nails this thin I would’ve worn press ons and I don’t wear press on nails. And all I got out of that service was a $3 discount….they would never get my money again. I work too hard to give my money to badly built poor attitude having wearing pants 3 sizes too small over lard and gut nail tech. This salon would never see another dollar out of me.
We all got issues and I don’t care about that when I come get a service done. I’m not spending money where there’s poor attitudes. Thankfully I got enough money to give to another nail tech to fix my nails. I would’ve tipped but Beina messed that up for both her and Tommy.
And she uses this small sculpting brush scrapping your fingers and whole hand with it as if they don’t sell those big brushes for $1.25 at dollar tree. Don’t waste your money or your time here!
