5 /5 Jeanette Negron: I happened to be in the area and wanted a mani/pedi for Mother’s Day. I walked in and was greeted so warmly. I waited a little and am having a wonderful experience. Prices are competitive and the atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. No upselling pressure. My manicurist even translated a little joke the staff was sharing so I didn’t feel left out. I will definitely be back!

1 /5 liermar gonzalez: The Woman at Table 9 made my gel manicure in the morning and in the afternoon a piece had fallen off, I came back the next day to get it fixed and it was worse, lousy service they dont take care to clean the edges, terrible experience, it is supposed that if I go back I should have waited to do better but it wasnt.

Unbekannt: I showed up on June 14 2024 ready to get my nails done, only to be told the tech was fully booked. Fine, I settled for a pedicure instead and even drove 45 minutes to get there. They then scheduled me for 13:00 the next day. So here I am, on time, after another 45 minute drive, only to be told they gave my slot away because I didnt confirm. What a joke of a salon. I guess people are willing to put up with terrible service as long as they have an appointment. Disgraceful.

gianna tarrats: First time going definitely disappointed, I usually do my own nails but it was my bday so I wanted to get pampered but I noticed some “short cuts” with the process of doing my nails. She seemed to rushed through it and they only lasted a week. I got a full acrylic set with gel French tip came out to $90. The woman was very nice but she didn’t use any primer and did a very thin application. They were pretty but quality wasn’t there. You tell with the pictures that there’s already lifting and cracks within the middle and this is all within the same week of getting them done. In reply to your owners response, my review was 11 days after getting them done and that picture was the same week. Nobody should have to get a fill within 7-11 days after paying 80 dollars. And yes I did leave a ten dollar tip because I work within the service industry and always tip I do not stiff even after bad service. I did not jam my finger my nail broke because of the quality of the products you use and the rushed thin application. To detail more what I meant about rushing the process and you can go look at the cameras again to watch, when she glued my nails she didnt apply pressure and wait for the tip and glue to be bonded correctly with my nail . Hence why my nails are cracked and breaking off at the tip point. Ive never had cracks in my acrylic starting at the cuticle even after hitting my nails. For a 80 dollar set I shouldnt have to complain or come back to get something fixed. Shows a lot about the quality of the products, work and professionalism. As the owner for you to try and blame the client for a crappy set is very unprofessional. And not to mention I noticed she used a used nail file which is against health code. emra woodworth: Place was outstanding! The place is beautiful and clean. Employees were really happy and nice. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in (no appointment necessary). I got a deluxe pedicure with cucumbers and a full set of short nails both done by Ekko who was as sweet as could be. He took time to make sure everything was perfect and asked me multiple times how I feel about everything. He was patient and took my feelings into consideration the entire time and I WAS NOT disappointed. This is the best nail salon I’ve been to and the best set of salon nails I’ve had. I watched the other nail techs do pedicures and full sets/fill ins and the quality of these workers speaks volumes. They were all very fluent in English as well. The place is also affordable which attracts people. I’ll be back here for sure. 10000/10000.

Krissy M: Edit: I went April 12, 7pm with Mia, and I’ve attached a screenshot of my appt! Maybe not all Russian manicures are dangerou, but it’s clear this one was and significantly damaged my nails. I’ve been using cuticle oil and hand cream multiple times daily as well. The photos are a few weeks later but do yourself a favor and avoid this type of manicure. It’s so bad for your nails. Two weeks later and my nails are badly damaged. Mind you, I did not get hard gel or anything. I did no polish and was concerned by the redness after. My cuticle also bled. This isn’t healthy for your nails. No way they should be so thin and pink especially two weeks later! Skip this fad and choose the safer option. Even with acrylic, my nails had never been damaged like this at an Asian nail shop.
