5 /5 James Herbert: There are some places that you have an appointment, and you might get seen an hour later. Not at Northeast. If you arrive on time you will be seen on time. The staff members are courteous, professional, and friendly. They are a true example of their leader, who is an awesome dentist and individual that has genuine concern for his patients and great skills. I had to wait awhile for an appointment, because #1, its an awesome place and have people wanting to return, and 2nd they dont over book so that you can be seen on time. Awesome place!!!

This dental work is perfect and my bite is perfect! This was my first visit and I was impressed with the hygienist and and the dentist. Thank you!

Dr. Strickland is an excellent dentist; he takes the time to explain procedures in detail, outlines a comprehensive dental care plan, and brings a lighthearted approach to visits. I highly recommend this office.

They book 6 months in advance because they’re so understaffed and at one point at the end of my six months cancel the appointment because they did not have anybody who could see me. Rebooked me for only four months in advance And then I had to rebook because I couldn’t make it on that one day that they had four months in advance. Again, very nice people they just need more staffing.

EVA ZHENG: Run away from this dental office! ！！ Run！！！ Run！！！ It’s the worst place ever! They greet you with a friendly smile, but all they care about is money, not the quality of work！ The dentist who did my crowns initially told me she would redo them for me since they were within the one-year warranty. I went back because there’s a large gap between the crown and my gum. They never told me that an improperly fitted crown increases the risk of decay. I often feel uncomfortable with food getting stuck in the gap. However, the dentist who promised to fix it is no longer with them. They didn’t call to inform me of the change, and when I went to the office, I waited for hours only to find out she no longer works there and my appointment had been rescheduled. Now, the new dentist says no such warranty! When it’s done is done! Redo is not free even it’s labor fault not having correct crown! Trust the review you see!
