1 /5 Terri Tention: I had a appointment today to get my hair cut at 9:30 am! At 9:00am I received 2 text messages which read Hey Terri I had a emergency I can’t do you today I’m so sorry Wedding hair, so I responded back with, When can you do me? I waited all day and there was no response at all! My message was read but no response. I have been a customer for a long time I even went with Christal when she opened up her own shop. Recently I got shingles and I had a previous appointment with her last month and when I went in I told her that I had shingles and I never had to say a word but I did trying to be honest and Christal said she did not want to cut my hair because she had a new grand baby which I understood. I waited until I was completely over the shingles and rescheduled my appointment. I feel that 1) I was only a haircut and she would not make as much money from me which I always tipped her 2) she doesn’t want to cut my hair any more because of the shingles! I would of respected you more if you had just been honest with me. A haircut that would have taken probably 30 minutes! You don’t have to worry anymore I won’t be back and I pray you never have to experience the shingles! No longer your customer! I would have never done you that way!
