3 /5 Ellen Boucher: I have very mixed feelings about this tour. I found it very interesting. The driver was very knowledgeable, so I learned a lot. Having said that, I have a couple of complaints. First, Im 62. I found it difficult getting on and off the trolley. If you were on the wrong side to exit, the people in your row were forced to get off themselves to let you by. For this reason, there wasnt a lot of hopping on and off. The bench seats are extremely narrow and uncomfortable. The worst thing was the driver. I thought he did a good job in explaining all the interesting spots, and he clearly knows his stuff. However, in between, he told a lot of lame jokes. That would be fine, but I felt there were way too many jokes about women... How much money women spend, women drivers... I mean, these jokes were offensive in the 1950s. Its time to stop. If it was 1 joke, I would let it go, but it was several. Im not in general overly sensitive, but this guy really struck a nerve. I intend to return to St. Augustine next year. I wont take the trolley again, but now I know the spots I want to check out, so that is a positive.I will go on my own. One more thing, you are encouraged to buy tickets to attractions ahead of time and you will save a few bucks if you do. I wouldnt recommend it unless you know exactly where you want to go. I bought tickets to the Fountain of Youth and to Alligator Park - both of which I really enjoyed. The problem is I spent so much time at the Fountain of Youth, I was worried about getting to Alligator Park later than I wanted, but I had already bought my ticket.

5 /5 Michael Kline: The employee here helped us figure out what to do while we were in town and showed us where everything was located. We got our tickets here for the old jail, old schoolhouse, and old general store. He also asked us where we were from and turns out we both come from the same state, so thats kind of neat.

5 /5 Dona Kenyon: The young gentleman at the counter was very polite, explaining the different packages and getting us on our way to view the beautiful city of ST. Augustine. Our driver to the first stop was very informative and answered many questions. The trolly tour drivers made the ride not only informative but also fun. We had a great day exploring. Thank you, Old Town Trolley, for making our visit great.

5 /5 Nicolle Profenno: Highly recommend spending the $36 for a full day pass to take the trolley around St Augustine. On a hot day it’s the perfect way to see a glimpse of all the historical sights & learn about the city on a deeper level. With the day pass you can hop on & off at any stop to stay longer and tour places of interest. Admission to these other sites is not included in the day pass ticket unless you buy a bundle ticket online or at stop #1. We spent some time at the Fountain of Youth, the Oldest Jail and Marketplace and Distillery. Each stop offers their own unique experience so there’s something for everyone (kids included). The drivers are truly the piece that makes the tour so fun as they are tour guides. No smoking or alcohol are allowed on the trolley itself however with all of the stops there are plenty of places to grand good & drinks. In addition, there’s a trolley about every 20 mins so the wait isn’t long if you decide to get off and explore.

2 /5 Jamie Drake: I would love to give a great review. The drivers were great! The issue I had was the lady that worked at 11am on 5/2/25 at the front desk. I simply wanted to purchase a ticket for the trolley tour to see all the sights on the route before purchasing a package for attractions that are along the route. She pushed me to try to purchase a package deal to save money. However, i simply wanted the trolley tour to see what the town had to offer before buying tickets for the attractions. After telling her I will wait, she looked at my wife and told me that is why Im not married and why I divorced my ex husband. When i stated, shes lucky to have me as I am her, she gave my wife a very aggregious smile. She was extremely snotty for not purchasing attractions tickets at that time. I would guess, they are working commission and pushing customers to buy attractions. Just wish I could relax for once while on a vacation! In addition, the trolley ends at 430pm. Way too early to end the trolley tours!
