3 /5 Kristen Horrick: I’ve been to this salon twice and both times had Samantha, who is very talented and super friendly. Always leave happy. The reason for 3 stars is purely due to the owner, Belinda, whom I have spoken to via telephone and text on a few different occasions. Belinda changed both of
my appointment times very last minute, which is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. Even when I booked the appointments she came across as rude and almost irritated. I would expect a business owner in this profession to be friendly, kind, and eager to receive such positive feedback I gave her about Samantha - she was/is quite the opposite. Everyone has bad days, but it seems an attitude adjustment may be needed to retain clients long term in this “small” town.
