5 /5 Melanie Vining: Stephanie Sanchez and the entire staff was wonderful! Brought my husband there with a medical issue and within 30 minutes he had answers and a plan to recovery. We are from upstate NY and we would still be waiting for an appointment. Absolutely blown away with the attention he received and in such a friendly, helpful, and speedy way. I would highly recommend this office and Stephanie Sanchez to anyone!

5 /5 Anthony Vining: From Upstate NY and was in town on a trip when I had a medical issue. Have no insurance coverage in Florida but really needed to see a Dr. Wasnt sure where to go but on a recommendation from a family member decided to go to see Stephanie Sanchez at Ormond Family Medical. From start to finish I couldnt have been more satisfied with my experience. Called the office late in the day and explained the situation asking for an appointment. They made time to see me the very next morning. They were extremely thorough in reviewing the situation, listening to me and understanding exactly what was going on. Did in office testing and sent me for labs. Within 1 day Stephanie diagnosed me, tested to confirm and came up with the appropriate treatment plan. I wish I could receive treatment this good from my primary care physician in NY. Thank you Stephanie and to the entire staff at Ormond Family Medical. I am very greatful for all your help. You were all truly wonderful!

5 /5 Estill Richardson: Dr. Stephanie Sanchez is an awesome doctor! She is a true professional, always supportive and caring to her patients’ needs. She has been our Primary Care Doctor for many years. A few months ago, I had encountered some breathing issues and I seemed to become more exhausted with each passing day. I knew as a 67-year-old patient, I wasn’t as spry as I used to be, but this seemed different. Dr. Sanchez referred me to a heart specialist. They ran some tests and said everything was fine. When I spoke with her a few weeks later about my continued issues of weakness and exhaustion, she insisted that I see another specialist to get a second opinion. At first, I was hesitant to see another specialist, but she insisted so I agreed. More definitive tests were done, and it was discovered that I had a 95% blockage in my LAD (sometimes called the Widow-maker). It was so severe that I was scheduled for stent placement two days later. Needless to say, Dr. Sanchez saved my life! I did not realize how close I was to my demise, but she did! Thank you, Stephanie!

5 /5 Christine Whitehair: My last name hasnt been Whitehair for years , Its Bell but dont know how to change it on here. Anyway Stephanie has been our Dr for 7 years and we Love her. She is all about prevention and is very attentive to your needs, she answers all your questions and listens to you. I never feel rushed while in with her. The staff are great, very friendly and knowledgeable. They are like family. Im very glad we found this place.❤

2 /5 Cory Robin: The office staff is friendly, but their operations are unfortunately disorganized. I was mistakenly scheduled for incorrect labs, which had to be redone, and had two appointments mishandled—one was "lost" in their system, which I only discovered upon arrival, and the other was a telehealth appointment where I waited 30 minutes on a zoom link with no call or follow-up. The lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing. I hope they can improve their processes, as the office has the potential to be a great place.

I recently had a very rough visit at Guthrie regarding this issue and went into this appointment extremely anxious. After talking with her for a few minutes, I quickly realized I was in good hands. She walked me through everything and was extremely patient. She is fantastic and highly recommended. The two nurses were also very sweet!

Westside GI Center - New York Kay: It’s 11:57am—I arrived at 8:15am for my 8:30am appointment to get a colonoscopy done. I am still waiting. Despite the fact that they know people go over 24 hours without eating they overbook and leave you waiting for hours well beyond your scheduled time with no explanation or care for people’s time, mental health, or hunger tolerance. If you can go somewhere else…do it! They are horrible! They don’t even have enough seats for everyone waiting!

Northwell Health - New York Arwen Hope: If visiting from out of state, almost all the prices are double. But the to go meals are reasonably priced. All the fresh food etc you could possibly need. Shopped here three times in 3 days, very happy to have found this gem.

Surgery Department at Mount Sinai West - New York Linibelle Minaya: They are actually located on 24 West 59th street! But the staff? Soooo nice and attentive before and post surgery! I have never been treated so kindly. Dr Chai is also an excellent surgeon/physician that really listened to my concerns and went above and beyond. I highly, highly recommit you need to have surgery, have it at this facility.

One Medical: Flatiron - New York D P: I recently relocated to the area, and when I found out that my company partners with One Medical, I figured it would be convenient to make them my primary care provider in the city. During the sign-up process, they gently encourage you to schedule your first appointment. I thought this was just a typical step in establishing primary care, so I went ahead and booked a session. The appointment lasted about 20 minutes, but the doctor seemed disengaged and didnt even make eye contact. About a week later, I received a $400 bill for this online visit, even though I have a pretty decent insurance plan. I reached out to them, but they reviewed it and said the amount was correct. I want to warn others: dont be deceived by their sleek offices. The service is subpar, and the lack of transparency in billing only adds to the frustration.

Weill Cornell Internal Medicine Associates (WCIMA) - New York Lisa Stanko Mohen: AWFUL DR SHREYA VERMA, does not respond to portal messages, messages from my pharmacy, cancelled my last 2 appointments and does not return calls. My medicine that I have been on for the last two years, she will not send the renewal prescription to my pharmacy after 3 requests from the pharmacy and my third phone call to the office, finally after a 17 minute phone call, they confirmed my medication would not be refilled. Do not use this facility or DR SHREYA VERMA.
