5 /5 Debra Rosen: We recently made a trip from Wisconsin to Florida. We experienced some issues and found our cars inner cv joint, and the front passenger wheel bearing needed replacing. The shop that replaced these parts recommended having an alignment before heading back to Wisconsin. We asked for their suggestion, and they recommended Parkway Tire. I made an appointment online the night before, and upon arrival, it wasnt showing up. They took our info and car keys and got us entered in the system. When we were called to the desk, I thought they had a question. Imagine our surprise at being told that the alignment was done. They also went even further as to let us know that in the future well want the rear tie rods replaced as they are rusted on so we wont be able to have the wheels aligned in the rear until they are replaced, but they dont currently need adjusting as theyre aligned!

This morning I had an issue leaving my neighborhood — the HOA is still constructing more homes and the contractors do a terrible job maintaining their screws and nails. While heading the work, I ran over a bit on my way out of the main stretch. My husband called shops for me as I called my work to inform them I would be late. Originally we were informed that the patch would be $30. We weren’t concerned. However, on my way out when I expected to pay, the shop took care of me quickly and expressed that it is unfair for a resident to take care of the neighborhoods negligence. I am very grateful for the kind workers there and their swiftness to take care of my tire. We will absolutely be returning here for future scenarios.
