We even called to make sure she had room first. Then she told us she didnt have time for any of us after cutting his hair. Today her chair was empty and she refused to cut my hair again. She used to be very friendly, we always had great conversations and we tip very well. WE wont be going back!

Elizabeth Redden: called and asked for highlights for my daughter and myself. my daughter has very long, curly and thick hair. they tried pulling it through a cap. when i asked if they had foils I got a very stern No! The stylist was about half way done pulling my daughters hair through the cap when she said she messed up and had to start over. then looked at me and said it would be $300 to foil her hair. my first thought is they just said they dont foil it and then it turned into they can foil but for $300.. I paid for the cuts and left They didnt want to do it and I wish they would have just been honest instead of being rude and wasting our time. Luckily I have an appt with someone else for a fraction of the price. I absolutely do NOT recommend this salon if you have thick and curly hair.

Amber Rutherford: I would NOT recommend going to Audra Miller if you’re searching for a new hair stylist to color your hair or needing any color service at all. She completely FRIED my hair. I had a hair appointment with her at 3:30 pm and didn’t leave the salon until almost 3 AM the NEXT MORNING. I was there 11 hours. I went in asking for a full highlight and about 20 minutes into applying the bleach on my hair she said my hair needed a “color correction.” I trusted her because she said she’s been doing hair for “20 years” and I know nothing about hair but that was the BIGGEST MISTAKE I’ve ever made. I’ve gotten my hair done for a long time, by hair dressers in our small town, I have grey at the root so I try to get blonde to cover it up. Before going in I haven’t had my hair done in 1 year. I had new growth so my hair looked like ombré hair with blonde on the bottom, but of course it turned a different shade of blonde as it hadn’t been touched in a year. Audra fried my hair completely due to her negligence. She left bleach on my hair, in foils and put my hair under heat, which I at least have proof since I was texting my daughter during my appointment and the last time I sent her a picture with foils of bleach was 11 something pm, again my appointment started around 3:40 pm. Audra has lied on the social media about me and I have all documentation saying I just want a refund due to not liking it and I’m a scammer. No, I want a full refund due to the state of my hair now, the damage and all the hair fall out I’ve had since my appointment with her a week ago. I asked her several times, before and during my appointment how much it’d be too, and she kept saying she “didn’t know until the end.” Come to find out she not only charges per hour (why she is the slowest stylist in the salon) she doesn’t just take her time, she’s robbing you, she also charges per amount of product she uses. $790 dollars later and fried hair I’m having to unfortunately go an alternative route to seek a full refund and get my money back for products and treatment I’ve had to use since letting her color my hair. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone and I hope this review can save and help at least one person in our small town. I could say so much more but Google only allows a certain amount of words for a review, but just know she will bash you on the internet as well if you even dare to try to get a refund from her, or don’t like your hair. Which nobody would like their hair falling out. I can’t even explain how awful this experience has been and if I could leave no stars I would, not for the salon but for Audra Miller herself. The only pictures I’m not adding are the ones I text to my daughter that show the time stamp of bleach still being on my hair as it shows her phone number and other personal information, the texts between Audra and I, and everything she has posted on Facebook about me I have proof of before she deleted it, but I will be using all documentation for all other purposes. The red shirt picture is the only issue I felt I had at the time when I got home that morning, having 2 different sides of my head being 2 different colors until I washed it and had all the hair fallout. I wish I would have started taking pictures at the salon because I had about 5-10 brush fulls of hair fall out there which she said was normal after bleach. I guess it is normal after HOURS of bleach being on your hair. The damage, breakage, bleach irritation on the back of my neck, all of that you can see in these pictures but I have over 35 pictures for what I’m going to need them for. The side by side picture she posted on her page shows only the roots being brown and my hair was so much more brighter BEFORE. My hair is naturally course and she tries to say my hair was fried before she touched it but as you can see, it was not. That’s why I’m posting so many pictures here as well. Please do extensive research before going to a new hair stylist, as this is going to take years of recovering from since the breakage is everywhere, and use your best judgment when choosing her.
