5 /5 Lewis Barger: We were traveling from Texas to central Florida when we had a problem with our vehicle. Although Pedro sees clients by appointment, he agreed to fix our car for us, went and picked up the part personally, and had us back on the road in about three hours. I rarely leave reviews, but I am incredibly grateful for Pedro for his kindness, which enabled me to continue my trip and get to my fathers funeral. If I could give him ten stars, I would.

5 /5 Cathleen Campbell Cawley: I am very impressed by Pedros Auto Repair. Pedro treated me well as a customer, keeps a very clean and organized shop, provides timely service, and charges fair prices. Pedro did not ask for a review in any way. I am a very detailed and analytical person, so when I find companies that provide customer service that goes way above and beyond, I spread the word to support the business. Our family had a roadside emergency at 5:30pm in the rain. We had the car towed to Pedros based on a neighbors recommendation, and it arrived after hours. We had never been a client at the shop, and just left a note and keys in the dropbox or Pedro. The next morning when we called to let the shop know we had dropped a car, they had already evaluated it, and had a price quote. It was fixed that day. I have been back twice with two other problems. I was able to get appointments for the next or same business day. Both problems were promptly assessed. One time, I had the chance to watch Pedro in action working on a car at his shop. It was amazing to watch him work on a car. It reminded me of a kid in a candy shop. I could see that he loves to solve problems, and is passionate about what he does. For one service, Pedro supplied me with a photo of what was wrong, and let me know of a specialist in town that would be able to do the repair cheaper but still with great service. I am impressed by high quality vendors that will recognize and recommend other vendors or competitors - a sign of great character. I highly recommend Pedro and Pedros Auto Repair.

5 /5 L J: These guys literally saved me THOUSANDS. Two different mechanics were trying to get me to pay for a big job and basically lying to me. Just to make absolute sure I went to Pedros for a third opinion. They took a look and properly diagnosed what was happening. Instead of paying $1,500+ the problem was solved for $35!!! Dont have enough words to express my gratitude to Pedros, totally honest shop in a profession with some shady people. Dont even question it, hit these guys up for any mechanical issue!

5 /5 Dr. Rob: Had an amazing interaction with the owner at this shop. Brought my vehicle in because it was making a clicking noise that worried me and I thought it would be a simple belt issue or whatever and theyd find it and fix it. About a day or so after bringing it in I was told I could pick up my vehicle and they told me the clicking stopped during their test drive and they couldnt find a single thing wrong with my vehicle. Best part, unlike some shops Ive worked with in the past, Pedros didnt charge me for the visit and they still went ahead and fully inspected my car for me! 10/10 will send everyone to this shop!
