1 /5 M Ca: I was disappointed with the rude staff but shrugged it off to a bad day. However, they didn’t remove our dip properly and now clearly shows through the nail polish. They really just try to get customers in and out as fast as possible without caring of the quality

1 /5 R. Nieves: The worst experience I’ve ever had. 1. She did not clean/ care for my cuticles. She only used a nail drill which left my cuticles round and undone. As well as not removing the cuticles on the side of my nails 2. She left the SNS dip gritty where I can see the texture through the color. 3. The SNS was applied directly on my cuticle which looks poorly done. 4. She did not cover all of the base color, the photos show it all. Because my cuticles were not properly manicured the SNS looks globby and my nail beds look round. It’s absolutely horrendous & as I kindly brought these things to her attention she acted like she was addressing my issues but didn’t. I had a simple SNS and it’s honestly embarrassing.

5 /5 Ed Cave: Ive been going to Polished Nail regularly for about 7 years. Never had a bad experience. The deluxe spa pedicure is awesome. The nail techs have always done a great job. The salon is clean and staff is friendly. Helen runs an excellent business. I highly recommend without hesitation!

5 /5 Carolina Gomez: We came by spontaneously and were treated straight away. The service is very polite and friendly. They really make sure that everything is to your liking. Especially Jady made our stay very enjoyable with her joyful spirit and funny stories. And of course the nails were done nicely! Perfect to enjoy the sunny days by the beach.

5 /5 GG Jacobson: I have been going to Polished Nail for about 15 years. Every other week, Helen does my acrylic nails with a French manicure. I receive many, many compliments for her lovely job. I started with acrylic when they first came into fashion, about 40 years ago, so I have used many salons previously. I would not switch this time. Helens procedure and products create natural nails that stay on and look beautiful.
