1 /5 jimz m: i got my teeth cleaned one time here, and was supposed to get referred to an oral surgeon and come back to get another cleaning, i got into a car accident before my second teeth cleaning appointment and tried to reach out leaving voicemails, with no one returning my calls. I never received any follow up regarding my oral surgeon. I even had my orthodontist reach out and they claim they have no records of me!

Janet: I love this office because the people. Dr. Lozano is nice, honest and good dentist. There is two or three times, other office told me I need dental work done, Dr. Lozano gave me the whole pictures from his point of view, then provide his opinion. Ree is my friend. She calls me and give me the update for my boys visits. Ashley works in the front office. She does a great job to manage the office. She is super friendly, and also have all of the answers for me every time when I asked. What a great team!

Jennifer Greene: Unfortunately one of worst dental experiences. I have been at 2 other dental clinics as my teeth are troublesome since I was young. The Prosthodontics area spends a lot of time telling you how expensive its going to be. I wanted to move forward, they just dropped me even after they made the appointment. I think they just thought I did not have the money and moved on to other prospects. They were cold and superior. This should have been handled in another way, not this hurtful and degrading way.

Dee Jay: I would never return to this dentist. First, I dont appreciate the fact that parents are not allowed with their MINOR children. Ive never heard of such a thing. Secondly, the way the assistants talk to you is downright unprofessional. They are verbally abusive and rude. Last but certainly not least, my appointment was at 2:00 and we didnt get outta there till a little after 6pm!!! Not acceptable!!! Dont bother coming here. Go somewhere else. Dont consider this place as a dental home.
