5 /5 Sylvia Cowras: Dr Desai is an excellent surgeon; but most important he is a very caring doctor who understands his patient’s needs to have questions answered no matter how trivial they may sound. He is totally focused on you, his patient, during office visits and I’ve never felt rushed. I had a very successful total knee replacement 2 years ago and am currently 5 weeks recovering from total hip replacement surgery. I highly recommend Dr Desai and his great team at the Winter Park office.

At times it is busy but they always let me know the wait might be longer than expected. I love the doctors here I think they have 3 and all are great and very personal.

I have complete trust in the whole operation. They came highly recommended and now I pass along the same high recommendation. Advent Hospital Womens Center - Winter Park Fran Wyatt: On 2-1-24 went for screening mammogram. 15 days later heard Nothing so I called to get results. They said they were Still waiting for my prev records from University Diagnostic. After 20 days if No answer would review w/out comparing. I called U.Diag - they said they SENT results back on 2-7-24, by Push Point electronic system! Ive been attempting to call back to advise & find out whats the problem - have called 8 times! Phone just rings and rings and rings. NO one answers!!! I will personally make a trip to office & speak w ofc mgr. However THIS should NOT be necessary!!! My First and LAST time for mammograms w this company!!!

Physician Associates - Baldwin Park - Orlando CF Grant: I used to see Dr. Gerkovich at this office 19 years ago and when he retired I stayed with the practice and saw Dr. Danna. The staff was always the same and I felt great about the practice. In the last 4 years things have changed and Ive seen many new faces. Hey things change, but quality of care has gone down. There was an instance where they actually lost my urine sample that I left. I had a concern about a visit I had just this week, I left a voicemail and also went into mychart to send a message and no reply. I called just now, a Friday at 3 pm and they are closed. They dont seem to make the concern of a patient a priority any longer and for someone that is now paying out of pocket for medical care I am very disappointed in how badly the office has changed.
