Premium Auto Care - Fort Pierce (FL)

1 /5 NSYS MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING: I had a terrible experience at Premium Auto Care. They initially quoted me a labor rate, but when I went to pick up my car, they told me a completely different, higher rate without any prior warning. Their dishonesty and manipulative practices are unbelievable. To make matters worse, the owners son assaulted me during a dispute and was arrested. I would strongly advise against going here – the lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable.

1 /5 Timothy Castillo: Phone goes straight to the voicemail that isnt set up, so you cant leave a message. I made an appointment online for 1pm on a Monday. I get there and they are closed. There was a second phone number handwritten on their door. I found out it is for Adam, who hasnt worked there for over a month. He warned me that this place is a scam. I bought a Groupon for wheel alignment and balance, but I cant use it because they are either closed for good or dont answer their phones, ever. Dont waste your time or money with this place. I would update this review if I could actually get the work done that is already paid for...

1 /5 Sab Garcia: Worst service ever! I went with a groupon and the 1st thing the guy tells me is "I dont accept Groupons" but you can pay for it CASH and it will still be half price 75 bucks. I said well no i wont pay cash because I already bought a Groupon. He then has his wife grab my phone and cancel my Groupon for groupon bucks. Unbelievable that as an owner you would treat you customers this way. Dont waste your time.

5 /5 Jessica Bishop: I was impressed by Will’s integrity and his willingness to be helpful, educational, and left me feeling that I could trust that he would take care of me in the future after the A+ service my car received today. Fair and honest pricing with clear intention was offered to myself as well as another customer that was there at the same time. His team also went the extra mile with my service. The shop was also quite clean, with fairly new equipment as well. I will return. Thank you so much! Recommended!
