1 /5 April Bridges: Unfortunately, Monica Wise is no longer with this practice and I have been seeing her for 8 years. When I expressed my concerns to Chrissy at the Front Desk about no longer having a primary provider, being out of medication with no refills and never being contacted about Monica leaving, I was greeted with an incredibly rude and negative attitude. She argued I was contacted months ago to inform me Monica had left but when she told me which number they called, it was my ex-husbands number, who was listed as an emergency contact instead of my personal phone. Then proceeded to argue I missed an appointment 8 months ago?? I said those arguments are irrelevant as I just need to make an appointment with a different provider ASAP since I am out of refills and need a new doctor. I keep being told they will contact me in a few days to let me know IF another provider will see me. I am assuming they are making it difficult because one of my prescriptions is a controlled substance I take as needed for sleep or before live performances for nerves. Instead of being honest and professional I keep getting the runaround and nobody has returned my calls. I have already found another doctor who saw me the next day, was compassionate, thorough and informative and refilled all my prescriptions same day. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional, disaster of an office.
